What a nightmare

Follow up from the 23 rd review. Hillcrest

Called in to do my treatment which took place on the 31st Jan. All was good until I was told that they don’t have my home care kit😿 I now suspect that the call was all about PR. This is very frustrating as I have no clue on what to use at home as face is dry and peeling off. The explanation upon buying this was that i will do the treatment and get my home care kit same day. It has been 4 days since the treatment. I called yesterday 1st and promised that someone will call with update.

I have never experienced something like this in my life. Such disrespect, how do I go back for my follow up session I hate the brand. 😟
