Unsuccessful fat freeze treatment

I did a Fat freeze treatment at Laser Lipo amanzimtoti and the treatment did not work, I went back for a review in September/ October last year and their consultant Karina took pictures and said she will forward them to head office and they will contact me. Till today I have not been contacted. I asked her to send me an email where I could forward my complaint to and she did not send me the email.
