**** - they sell the products they don’t have and refuse to refund while they don’t have a disclosed no refund policy for customers

Laser Lipo global Hillcrest - I paid R12000 for a service and they did not have the equipment when I had to do it and even when I suggested to go to another branch they were stories that the equipment is in Johannesburg - I have been asking for my money back from 2023 November last year only now they tell me they have no refund policy which was never disclosed during the sale of the product they did not have - the other product I used did not work - no weight was lost which I paid R24000 on it - I am no longer interested to the services which they could not provide when they sold to me and now they refusing to give me my money back

The company is a **** and they solutions are lies they do not work - I gave it a chance of 8 months with no weight loss and they do not measure a client to see progress - **** **** **** - the company should shut down or focus on other things as weight loss is a lie - poor communication with customers - till today am waiting for a formal response to my request for my money back - zero communication from them
