Terrible customer service from laser lipo

So I paid in full for treatment. Unfortunately due to health reasons and medication I'm taking can no longer attend. I submitted a Dr's note as per their request but I'm being ignored. The service I'm receiving is below satisfactory yet when they want payment they check on u everyday 3times a day I have proof. I'm tired of chasing people for my money this is more than 4k we talking about. I have been sending emails with no luck. I'm protected by CPA kindly refund my money please
