terrible customer service

laser lipo global umhlanga branch. worse customer service i am disgusted with the customer service given at laser lipo global umhlanga branch. before purchasing my treatment, the consultant was communicating all the time,she even said try the treatment, if i am not happy they will refund me, after i purchased my treatment, went for 2 sessions out of 6, i fell ill, i suggested a 3rd treatment to establish if the IV drip i purchased made me ill, laser lipo agreed then cancelled that appointment a day before. i asked for a refund, my legal advisor to contacted them, now there are no responses to any messages, phone calls, emails sent from them. my legal advisor spoken to the manager Bianca, but she as a manager does not reply to emails or return phone calls.

i do not recommend anyone supporting the umhlanga branch. they only want the money, they do not care about anything else. my treatment was 7980. i wanted a refund for the balance of 4 treatments which i did not attend.
