Stole my money

Horrible experience at Amanzimtoti branch, they deny that I paid for sessions. They lost my file and say that I don't have any sessions left. Bianca, the manager, says she is going to call me but hasn't in months. I call everyday and the receptionist says they are going to call but haven't. I have lost R 10 000. May decide to take this to small claims court but can't afford it. Their booking system is illegitimate and the trust relationship has been broken. Do not go there, ever!
