Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. I went for a consult to the Hillcrest branch and was told that six laser hair removal sessions would work. Paid upfront and after 6 treatments saw little to no results, on questioning I was then sold another 6 month package and continued treatment as suggested. Still little to no result with hair loss. I tried emailing the customer support email on the website and received no feedback, on phoning I was told to use the email address for Hillcrest which I have emailed and had no response to either. 5 emails and still no response. Happy to take your money but no customer support shown.
