Paid for products that never got delivered

I was supposed to start my treatment in March 2024, I did the facial but I was never given the proper products that I paid for. I have sent emails and messages but no one is responding. I am being treated like I am asking for handouts but I just want what I paid for. The manager in Amanzimtoti is no longer assisting, her name is Tania, and she always referred me to Umhlanga branch to Tiara the branch manager,they always told me the products have been ordered in JHB. I have called Jhb head office & they told me that the reason why they haven’t delivered my products it’s because they are owing them money. Jhb head office then referred me to an area manager to assist me resolving this matter but she said she every time she goes in Manzimtoti clinic she can’t find the owner of the business to discuss my issue. I even forfeit my 2 remaining facials because I want nothing to do with these ****** anymore they have destroyed me emotionally of the Now am beginning to think that you guys are ****mers. If you are not able to give me the products then pay my money back.
