Horrible customer service

I have received terrible service from Laser Lipo Amanzimtoti branch. Their booking system sucks. I made an appointment but when I arrived on the given date I was turned away because I had apparently not made an appointment. When I went back again on a follow up date I also made a booking for the following treatment. And on that date I was again told that I haven't booked. They have no respect for the customers time. We obviously have to rearrange a lot of things and take the time out to go there only to be turned back! This is very unprofessional! I have paid for these sessions and this kind of service is really appalling!!! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
