Frustrated by Laser Lipo Global

Laser Lipo Global are frustrating me to no end. In August 2018, I bought a hair removal package for my face, underarms and bikini area. The consultant in Umhlanga pursuaded me to consider taking advantage of a promotional offer for my legs. When I told her I first wanted to check the effectiveness on the areas I had already paid for, she said I could pay a deposit to secure the promotion price, and then decide what to do after my other treatments. I duly paid the R3000 deposit. After 4 treatments, I found that My hair growth showed no signs of slowing down. I asked for a refund of the deposit I had paid for my legs (which I did not take up at all). They refused, saying they first needed to confirm that the treament was not working on my Face, underarms and bini area. to this end, they arranged for a further 3 treaments at the Amnzimtoti branch. They have monitored this and are non plussed at the lack of effect on my body. Despite speaking to 3 "people in charge" they will still not pay the money back for treament I have not received at all. I am going to have to go the legal route to get my money back, but they are unable to give me an address, email or phone number of the person in charge, or the legal department. Any Ideas?
