extremely understaffed

They extremely under staffed- I paid for the lipo sessions and laser hair removal. when you book for both . they always dont have time to do the laser hair removal(mind you its once every month and only takes 5mins). they have a whatsapp number that you can contact on . You send them a message for an appointment they get back to you days later and then tell you rather call them. Last manager they had was very rude to me. Assistants are kind though
