Dishonest Service Provider

Last year in August I took my daughter for laser hair removal treatment . I was told to make upfront payment for the treatment which included about 6 sessions . I paid 6.5K and the fun started . Appointments started changing due to defective equipement and this continued with cancelled appointments recurring . Yesterday my daughter had a appointment at 18h00 and when she arrived she greeted by reception to be told that she did not have an appointment , the appointment was done by manager in charged Nerisha , who was no where to be found , not even on her cell. The service provider is dishonest , ********* take money upfront and fails to deliver teh required service . They should be shut down and charged for ***** named and shamed as would be 20 century ******* . pathetic service
