Disgraceful service

They have signed up my 75 year old father you can hardly walk as he has had 4 back operations , he has 2 alert bands on his body that he suffers from Parkinsons Disease. Once he signed and realized he could not get onto the bed . Or lie down for longer can 3 mins . He can't dress himself or undress himself. When I was alerted of this I immediately contacted them . I have not had one call from the manager. I then contacted head office . I have send lawyers letter . We have phoned and left over 6 messages no reply . We emailed them a letter from the neurologist saying my father has state 4 Parkenson and can not sign a contact. I am now taking them to court. I have all the paper work for them to reimburse my father but they refuse to reply back to phone calls or lawyers letters
