Complete waste of money

Completely wasted my money at Laser Lipo "Global". I decided to get some laser treatments done in 2017. I went in and was persuaded to purchase as many packages as I could because they were having a sale. I ended up purchasing 6 × 6 treatment packages and wanted to start treatment immediately as I was planning on relocating to Cape Town at the end of the year. When I tried to make my first booking I was told that they dont actually have the machine yet and that it will only be arriving in May...like 2 months later. So I made a booking in advance for my first appointment in May.

May arrives and I get a call from them saying they need to postpone my treatments because the machine has now gone in for a service. The next few months pass and I only manage to get 4 treatments done per area (out of the 6 I had paid for) due to more machine sercicing and cancelled or postponed appointments.

My right underarm was burnt during one of the sessions and the laser treatments were extremely painful which I thought was normal innitially, but after getting completely pain free laser at Deluxe in Cape Town, I realised that that wasnt normal. They also didnt provide me with protective eyewear.

December arrives and I run out of time to complete my treatments. This was around the same time they changed the name from Laser Lipo KZN to Laser Lipo "Global". I was reassured that I shouldn't worry because they were in the process of opening a branch in Cape Town and I could continue with my treatments there.

I still get calls from the Hillcrest branch trying to sell me more products but they cant even give me what I've already paid for.

It's the end of 2019 and I still havent heard of a Laser Lipo opening up in CT.

Overall an extremely disappointing experience with lots of frustrations to the client due to their poor planning and false promises.
