Botched procedure, disfigured body, emotional distress, worst customer service and experience, being cheated ouf of my money

Laser lipo failed to perform a fully paid for fat freeze service. I underwent a gruesome experience by 3 different staff members. They failed to perform a procedure and when i asked for my money back it became a fight and i was told about non refundable policies. After sitting in their room for 3 hours, being touched by almost everyone in that place and they still hadn't been able go perform the procedure which means they are in breach of contract and deserve my moneh back. It got worse when i was handled by an unhelpful, un-empathetic client liaison staff personnel. It was and has been emotionally draining dealing with them as they now dont want to refund my money for a procedure they failed to carry out. I cannot begin to explain my frustration.

I have a letter i demanded they write for me stating that i will receive my refund and by when. I have followed all their processes, have made phone calls and sent emailz to follow up. It is now 7 days later and i still dont have my money. Instead i received an email from said clint liaison and the****** (who were ignoring my calls and messages), conveniently telling me that my money has been paid, but in order for me to get my proof of payment, i need to delete my negative reviews.

So i'm being held at ransom for my own money, my right. Easily the worsr experience of my life! Botched procedure and probably disfigured physique. And here i am, still fighting them for my money.. i'm actually thinking of opening a civil suit against them.
