Bad experience

I made a facial booking on the 18th of December that was never honored until today. I paid R6450 and forwarded proof. This was done in Hillcrest and the lady at reception first promised the 27th of Dec, nothing happened and no WhatsApp message to reschedule, I waited around and had to put off my plans. I have been calling and visiting the branch with no satisfactory answer. I was there again today 23/01/23. Funny how I use to receive messages almost every week before making a payment and she suddenly can't WhatsApp anymore.

What disturbs me the most is that I sacrificed my holiday savings and my time waiting around to do my face only to be treated this way. I don't want to work with them anymore. I just want my money!!!!!!
