Bad customer service
I am getting a very bad service. For the past 2 weeks trying to get an appointment for my 8 remaining Laser Lipo sessions. Bianca in their Hillcrest branch tells me they are fully booked. This is after she canceled my appointment for last week Thursday without consulting me. When I want my refund for the remaining sessions she referred me to their Mhlanga branch. I spoke To Kim who told me to speak to their Hillcrest branch. I want my refund since they are failing to provide me with service.

14 Feb 2021, 16:42I was not given a refund instead I am forced to continue with the sessions. And they keep asking me to remove this post. I'll just stop going there and they can keep the money. I don't feel comfortable dealing with them any more.
