*******ed Independent Police Investigate Directorate

IPID is supposed to investigate Police when they have committed crime against citizens, but they are *******ed as well. The Lamontville police indian man shot and killed my brother when he was already hand cuffed, and ran to open a case against a deceased to cover himself. He **** and said he attacked him, but he shot him behind as he was trying to run away. The IPID lady who is also an indian and *******ed made sure the case doesn't go to trial at all. What is worse is that she still doesn't want to release my brother's postmortem after a year. We can't get closure without knowing what really lead to his death...
