KZN CV - scope creep - high cost - incompetant

Hi, went in for CV noise, diagnosed fault to be inner left CV only. Quoted between R850 and R1400 to fix depending on condition when stripped even though they said they would replace with good quality after market part. Received a call few hrs later, with a quote of R6k plus for repairing all CVs and bushed that were ALL bad and needed to be repaired. So went in to see what was going on, see all CV stripped (fyi even though after extensive reading , unless the boot is damaged or it is making noise there is no need to service or strip a good CV) . The owners son moved the inner CV longitudinally as it supposed to, in an attempt show me that it is "bad" .

Since I did not want o have problems where they blamed not doing the outer CV for subsequent failures , and as I have no real choice, I negotiated down to just Below R4k to overhall the CV only, (replacement was not an option I was now told) ,

Long story short, Two months later the same problem has popped up.
