Kzn cv joints and suspension

I have been servicing my car with them for 2 years after it came out of motor plan. In 2020 i took the car for a major service and in 2021 i took the car in for minor service and the price went up by R8000. My last service was in august 2021. In december 2021 the car started emiting grey smoke, losing power and jerking when taking off . Took the car for diagnosis and got informed that not even the spark plugs had been changed in the last two years. I handed the car in for fixing amongst the issues found is that the oil filter had not been changed, cars oil and transmission oil was changed to name a few issues. I am not happy with their service and their lack of professionalism and care for their customers is now costing me unnecessarily
