DISAPPOINTING SERVICE- A NO GO CONSTRUCTION AND PAVING COMPANY

<p>Feb 21, 2017, We recieved instructions to collect rent for 133 Malgrove, Durban North. The Flat needed renovations. Angeline from Century 21 referred me to Mr Lazarus Naidoo of KZN Construction & Paving.Mr. Lazarus Naidoo met me at the flat and prepared a quotation and forwarded to me. He appeared to be the nicest bulider I ever met.He gave me a quotation for R115 500.00. The first payment of R7000.00 was made on 10/10/16 and the fifth payment was made on 09/12/16 leaving a balance of R5 500.00.He promised to have the premises ready by 30/11/16. He also informed me that the renovations were done to suit a propective Tenant whom he was to introduced to me.To date,there is no sign of the Tenant, the flat is incomplete and dispite no less 50 calls and sms's I am unable to contact him. I do not even have access to the flat. I do not even have his business or residential address. I am at a loss.</p>
