Terrible service from kzn cars pinetown

I purchased a 2nd hand vehicle from Kzn cars pinetown in July 2021. Firstly when I eventually was told I can collect the vehicle I noticed the vehicle has an expired license disc on. Had to wait a day before someone could hand me over the new disc.

Then my windscreen washer bottle never had a cap, I battled nearly a month to get a cap out of them.

NO service history book, up until today I still not have received my service history book. Iv phoned iv send Whatsapp messages even emailed the CEO THEY PLANE DOWN IGNORE ME.

THE WORST SERVICE IV EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE, NEVER EVEN RECIEVED AN APOLOGY.

I mean the CEO rep**** saying he will look into the Matter, I'm still waiting for him to get back to me.

My radiator bottle was really dirty full of gunch told them it needs a cleaning and a flush after a long frustrating battle to get a response out of them they send me to a back yard mechanic that works from his own pvt home. Which I refused at the end. Totally and utterly unprofessional.

I went there to see them in person, one of the guys I dealt wit who actually made the deal wit me lazing on a couch, I'm venting there about how frustrated I am with them, he couldn't even stand up from the couch to try look professional or to show some sort of interest or remorse. Instead he showed attitude and no interest to help me wat so ever. Terrible service and I won't recommend anyone to do business with them.
