******* SERVICE at Kzn Cars

My experience with KZN Cars Pinetown, has been very frustrating and negative. My mother and I began our dealings with KZN cars on the 29th of July when we put down a R20 000 deposit for my vehicle along with R5217,39 for service and delivery (on the road costs and licensing).On the 2nd of August the outstanding amount of R72 495 was paid upon collection of the car. I recieved my vehicle with a temporary licence that expired of the 24th of this month. Eversince the 5th of August I've been liasing with an employee incharge of releasing the vehicles to their new owners trying to find out when am I going to get my logbook, when am I going to get my number plates and when am I going to get my License disk..and till date I don't have either 1 of them. When I went to to the dealership on Wednesday (a day after my temp license has expired) my stuff still isn't available and I'm told I need to sort out my License disk yet R5217 was paid to sort out all the on the road particulars. It's now Friday the 27th of August, 25 days after payment of the vehicle in full and I *STILL DO NOT* have my Logbook, my number plates and my license disk. So my experience has been very terrible and frustrating. The process of getting my first car here has been nothing but a mission and a headache of me running after them to receive stuff that I have paid for in full.
