My experience with KZN Battery Delivery How does a single working mom shop for a car battery... Battery died at the most inopportune time. Realizing transport to work is now an issue. Most moms' know nothing about car batteries or car repairs - it's unchartered territory...and then lo and behold, light at the end of the tunnel. Google search connected me to a 24 hour car battery call out service. How awesome is that! Even better, there's a whatsapp number. Researched the company. Looked at the Facebook reviews and all were pretty impressive. Examples of successful callouts for all these luxury brand vehicles. The address on their website lists Foresthaven Drive, Phoenix. I decided to send a whatsapp message. Stated the make and model of my car, Hyundai Atos. Got a response back with battery make and cost and also that call out fees are yet to be added. Not being savvy in this area, I inquired about an inexpensive option as it's an old car and I don't plan on keeping it in the next twelve months. Then I inquired on their address as per their website. I got the following response, "We are a mobile service as per our name." And that was it. No further responses. I was just left hanging. I'm left thinking is it because I wanted to explore the pricing options. That's terrible. I would have appreciated a response. It was an emergency for me and I was prepared to juggle some things around to pay that as we all do in unexpected emergencies like this. But to not get a response speaks volumes about this business. It shows that you pick and choose who you provide your services to. Maybe change your name to KZN Battery Delivery for High End Vehicles rather than just KZN Battery Delivery.
