Mr logi naidoo a tour operator offering a service depart from Durban 27th follow a weeks itenary arrive on the 4th of jan 2016 as per itenary one night stay in knysna visiting pe then stay in capetown for a week which was changed without consulting us before making payment of 3600 per person the entire itinerary was changed everyday to suit his comfort and costs,we had excellent clear weather so there was no need for changes.we was forced to spend our week in a disgusting ********** den with families, senior citizens and kids that travelled with us<br> Late departures everyday frm lodge extremely poor planning,frm 01/01/2016 at 11am we did not bath until we arrived at our homes Sunday 03/01/2016 at 11am.we were promised a night stay in knysna site seeing but was told by logi we wil not be staying due to someone being sick which was a lie, many lies were told on this trip then we were told we had to share beds and sleep on floor at unknown location which they refuse to take us due to milage then he proceeded str8 to durban by force.48 hour no check in and rest we want our refund for days spent on bus which is due to us immediately his contact details ***
