PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF KZN AIRCON

My company completed various HVAC related jobs on behalf of KZN Aircon - Owned by Michelle Bryce Borthwick. The work was completed between the period of January 2019 - March 2019. Up to date we have not received any payment from KZN Aircon for the work completed. We have been given a constant run around by Michelle Bryce Borthwick ***ner of KZN Aircon) with her promising payment and not seeing through. We met with Michelle Bryce Borthwick on Monday September 2nd 2019 where once again she promised payment for the work completed on behalf of KZN Aircon but has since denied what was spoken about in our meeting and has now blocked me on Whats app! I would like to advise companies to request FULL UPFRONT PAYMENT FROM KZN AIRCON before work is completed for this company, to avoid the possibility of not being paid at all. I would furthermore like to warn clients to PLEASE NOT PAY ANY DEPOSITS to KZN Aircon to avoid the possibility of losing your money. Companies wanting to do work on behalf of KZN Aircon, please ensure she signs a contract and provides you with all necessary documentation to cover yourself and your company!
