Unprofessional service

<p>On Saturday the 10/06/2017 i purchased a second hand tyre from KZ Tryes for the amount of R300.00.</p> <p>The next day (11/06/2017) the tyre went flat. I tried contacting the office number which continuously rang. On the 12/06/2017 my husband went to shop and explained what had happened and Amith the owner advised him the he would be receiving new stock and my husbadn should come back at 5pm. When my husband went at 5pm to see Amith the shop was closed, we tried calling him on his cell ( ********** 199) and ofice line ( ********** 847) but there was no answer. Therefater my husband went to his house to ask him to refund us and give us back the old tyre and rim. Aminth refused and threatened us saying we could go and do whatever we want and take him to court. At about 6;30pm i went to the shop with husband and Amith said that the office is locked and he doestn have the keys with him. He was rude and questioned me if i had asked him if her had keys to open the shop before i came. His behaviour was disgusting as owner to question me with such irrelevant things, he was unprofessional and no manner in which he spoke. He kept thereatening and saying we can do what we want and it doesnt bother him. </p>
