Useless - no after sales support

I would think twice before purchasing anything from this company. I ordered the airfryer which was fine until it literally started falling apart, I had *****s fall into my food from the inside of the machine. I only had this thing for a year and a half. When enquiring about the issues, I was very politely informed that they are not able to do anything to assist in having the machine fixed. They refused to offer any assistance other than confirming that something is wrong with it. I didn't ask for a replacement or a refund, just some after sales service to assist me in having it repaired but all I was told was that "its out of their control". Surprising and disappointing to say the least.
