Excellent Service - Kyron Laboratories

Recently my ca t[who loves Laxapet] rejected a new Laxapet which I had purchased after the product had been out of stock for some time. I asked whether the product had been changed in any way. I supp**** the batch number and Kyron followed up. The batch had been slightly warmer. Kyron arranged to replace the rejected product. They advised me today that a replacement product was awaiting collection at the outlet from where I had purchased the rejected Laxapet. I am extremely grateful for the fact that my enquiry was followed up so promptly, the excellent communication from the company and for being supp**** with a replacement product. Incredible service.
