DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

I have a serious issue with your agent in Cape Town. I ordered a mobility Scooter on Friday 07 August from Deon, I was then told to pay R3000.00 shipping cost from KZN which was refundable. There was a hiccup in the payment processing between the banks and the shipping was cancelled. I then asked Deon if he had local stock in Cape Town and he assured me that all The Items displayed on the website were in stock locally. I tried ordering another one and was subsequently told to pay another R1999.00 for shipping (From Cape Town to Gordons Bay !) this is after the ad clearly says "Free Shipping" Why suddenly is the transport now R1999.00 and previously it was R3000.00?? He now claims that the free shipping was only for the initial one I ordered. He even asked me to pay him personally and then he would go and pay the shipping! My question is " how can he blatantly lie !! I have asked him for a replacement and a the discount of the same value for another one but he insists that I will not get discount and the website needs to be updated by "Tec" I can supply you with our complete conversation and you will see how he is either trying to **** me or he is a ****.
