BE WARNED KYKE PRONK OF TINY HOMES was contracted to build a 47m long x 5m wide shelter which could be divided into 13 4.8m x 3.6m feeding bays for feeding cubicles used twice a day

The structure took longer and was more expensive than initially quoted

Initial materials quoted were incorrectly identified and more funds were required for his errors in judgement

WITHIN THREE DAYS after completion, the 80% shade cloth was ********** the frame

TEN DAYS AFTER COMPLETION the upright poles and whole structure collapsed into the ground!! Fortunately no animals, workers or visitors were injured

PROMISES TO REPAY materials bought to fixed his mistakes (first attempt at fixing his mess) which he promised to repay, later he flat out told me that he will not be paying it back

EMPTY PROMISES to fix his mistakes a second time

KYLES MOST USED WORDS AND PHRASES "SORRY" but sorry without change is of no value "WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES" it should have been pointed out that he is new to this work and that he will be learning on your rands... "I WILL FIX IT" he did not know what he was doing, he buildvit and it crushed to the ground, because he did not cement the structure into the ground I PROMISE, are empty and of no value

Kyle comes across as this 'nice' person who wants to help you

KYKE IS NEITHER A DRAUGHTS PERSON OR ARCHITECT but he will draw you pictures of proposed buildings leading you to believe that he is proficient, efficient and qualified

Kyle was accompanied by another, his father-in-law who apparently is qualified and experienced and uses a portfolio of pictures if work he says he had previously completed n Africa.... well our experience is shambolic,

A FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLE IN BUILDING.... use cement or similar products to secure your foundation

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO BUILD ANYTHING, IF HE DOES NOT KNOW THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES SECURING A OF STRUCTURE HE SHOULD NOT BE BUILDING ONE and take funds and fees and charge as a 'professional' he is NOT A PROFESSIONAL and OUR EXPERIENCE SHOWED LACK OF INTEGRITY, ABILITY, EXPERIENCE
