Bad workmanship and bad client service

I moved into Barbeque Downs and needed to have my TV, surround sound and DSTV sorted out. The technicians came out, put the TV up, connected the surround sound (which didn't work) and because there was a problem with the decoders they couldn't connect the DSTV and without finishing the job - tidying up the wiring, they left and said they'd come back another day. I decided to not connect the DSTV and I sms'd them a photo of how the wiring looked and told them to please come out and rectify. No response although my message was read. I then phoned Wendy, she made as though she didn't know why I was calling and who i was. I told her about the wiring and my sms. She assured me the technician would phone me before 5 to arrange the call out. No one called. I phoned the next day, again was assured someone would phone me immediately and still no response. They have bad workmanship and ethics because of the way they left the wiring and then expected me to pay another call out fee. I strongly recommend that no one uses this service provider.
