Terrible attitude, no customer service, no manner of speaking

<p>I used services before and was treated with respect from actual movers.Thought admin staff would be just as good. Needed moving again and Called Zanele for quote numerous times and had to follow up with her.Excuse was that server down and no signal.Finally received quote on Thursday and it was incorrect. Had to call again numerous times..again no signal to get new quote. Paid on Thursday as soon as received new quote and asked for 8am moving.Was called by Zanele on Friday 2pm to say we paid late so truck will only be here at 12. Not my fault but okay.12 on Saturday comes and no truck.spoke to Lee who was very rude to my mum and does give anyone a chance to talk. He shouts over us and doesn't allow u to give the facts. No call to explain what the issue was and no move made to refund our payment. Won't use again nor recommend.&nbsp;</p>
