Philip - kyalami Go karting at Zwartkops

We had a 60th birthday event through kyalami Go karting @ Zwartkops on the 17th of October. Was very difficult getting hold of Philip, after a sms or whatup he would maybe phone back. On the day of the event 60th birthday Go Karting event the Karts was in bad state. No competitive racing as no Karts was the same, one fast on slow. My kart had fuel starvation and left me beside the track. I paid for a racing package that we did not actually race and I was over charged on the Invoice, we did less time on the track as that I paid for. Now a Month later I have not received my deposit and other moneys back and now all of a sudden he want to blame me and said we were late. The thing is all of us were aiting for him at the track (and note I could not get hold of Philip as I even phoned him for a friend phone to find out where he is). Now a month later I'm still struggling with Philip to get things resolved. After he made the false statement I decided to put this op Hello Peter. This is so
