We had been very interested in viewing a property that was advertised on Private Property. We made our first request on a Thursday.

Unfortunately, one week and dozens of emails later, we have been unable to get an answer on a viewing date, information on the hidden costs or the area where the property is situated. This is information that would have allowed us to make an informed decision to make an offer.

It’s been frustrating to get information or timeous responses and there is an abolute apathy on thier part when they do res****d. I suppose even in these difficult times, buyers are a dime a dozen. In any event since it’s impossible to initiate a sale, we revoke our interest.
