Cold fresh chips

Bought chips this Monday 12april 2021morning just before 9 and the chips were very cold . I decided to phone them while sitting outside in my car and someone not the manager received my phone and never asked me to change the chips for fresh ones . This is a second incident and their services is not up to standard
