Sticking service with a bad management
trust you are well I'm righting this email with a heavy heart and being undermined i would like to complain about your manager Nabu at Woodstock spar in wex building yesterday afternoon I bought a bar one mini dessert on my tea time I work opposite that spar when I got into the office I had the dessert one bite it was rotten rotten with a rotten smell it has a white colour inside like a fungus same time my stomach got upset I went there to complain the manager came I asked her to taste it she told me that she doesn't eat mouse I asked her 1 question how can you sell rotten product to us now my stomach is upset she raised her voice shouting back at me she ddnt even apologize she left me standing she went inside the bakery shouwring mumbling I asked her is this how she Treat customers she continue mumbling she said lady I don't Bake I said u are the manager you need to make sure that every item is fresh here she ddnt give a damn about me she left me hanging I called one of the cashiers I asked for my refund after calling the cashier she shouted from the bakery saying to one of the cashiers give this lady her refund that was it no apology jut an sticking attitude she's a useless manager and i hate ROTTEN product something needs to be done and if nothing is done by 12 I'm taking this matter to *** I can't be treated that way
