I bought 4 doughnuts today labelled "Packed 20/10/2022, BB 22/10/2022" making the impression that these are fresh goods. Actually the doughnuts were at least 2 days old, dry, one even older not even to consume when dipped in coffee. My husband took them back and expierienced an exceptional bad customer care. They admitted that the doughnuts were from yesterday but denied that they were older then that though we brought them back to them to state the case and it was obvious that they were older. No fresh replacement, no apology, only refund of money. Waste of time and fuel to take them back to give them the opportunity to improve their business practice...
