Wrong prising

Hi I was at this store in soshanguve find that they put a price on a star soft (R12.95)so they refuse on me not to pay that price coz it's a wrong price,but what I now the price Iu see is the price u pay,the Manager refuse to come ,he said that is not his problem that his staff put a wrong price.i still want those star soft with the price I saw
