False accusations

I have a problem. Today I went to buy at KWIKSAVE FRESH N FROZEN in Polokwane. But to my surprise, the ladies gave me negative attitude. I went in the shop at they were cleaning on the other side, and the other side was getting dried up. And they didn't put the "Wet Sign"

As i was passing,one of KWIKSAVE FRESH N FROZEN said "why did you pass there because we cleaning" and I asked "Where should we pass?" And I went to take my things. On my way to pay. They refused to assist me, and one of them whom I don't know started lies that I sweared at her, and when I asked what did I say, she doesn't want to say what I said to her,coz I never spoke with her or said anything. They started shouting at me in front of other customers. I kept asking them what did I say to them if the say I sweared at them. They kept shouting at me and even threatened me to go outside, to do what, I don't know, maybe to beat me up. When I asked for manager,they said they don't have a manager. How come, they don't say.

Please help me because there is a camera footage from the shop that can show everything that happened. Because after that incident, I felt embarrassed from buying from that shop and I don't think I will ever buy from it again.
