Poor service

The geaser leaks a lot of water. It is still under warranty and we die report it on Friday. They said They have a 24 hour service and the geyser will be replaced within 24 hours. It is 48 later and now They say that it will only be replaced on Tuesday. I have a house full of people for the weekend and no hot water
