insurance gauging

We have to give 1 star but actually its not warranted .pending the outcome of tomorrows phone call to see if i stay with my insurance i had the unfortunate dealings today with kwikhot .my geyser burst and i have insurance ,claim happened and with three hours i got a call from kwikhot .wow i thought what excellent service and they will call me and be out today. I raved told everybody what a good experience .originally i mentioned to the insurance and to kwikhot when they called rather put it outside dont go to all the issues inside so if it happens again the mess is contained. then came the stories the geyser cant be put outside cause my insurance limit is to small .8000 rand .ok i say put it in the roof replace the other .no we cant do that it doesn't fit .to the insurance its a big who ha about coc and walls to me its not enough money.i googled ,i can get a geyser at cashbuild for 3300 and my insured limit is 8000 ,not enough .no i hear the job will cost 13000 .You know the story about the companies that rip of the insurance this is one of them . i got a plumber quote for 5500 and i installed a 200 litre solar geyser brand new for 8000 . of co**** if i got to go ahead with this bs my policy will be adjusted to get from me the rip of the insurance paid .Needless to say i will stay away from anything kwikhot in the future ,I wanted answers from kwikhot and the lady that called was off and the manager peter mahlangu has still not returned my call and remains unavailable .in case you wonder kwikhot has another name ,i dont know if its bee related or bad service but if it kwikhot or llitha solar pty ltd .i would ask my insurance for another company and stay away.
