They didnot change my Car CV joints I paid for nothing

Good day

13 December 2019 I went to change my Cv joints at KwikFit Mitchell's Plain.I waited 4 to 5 hours for them to put news Cv joints then when they arrive, they realize they bought wrong Cv Joints. They told me I must wait. I waited another 4 to 5 hours. Around five o'clock they told me the car is Done. They did not give me the old Cv Joints and before they put new Cv joints they were suppose to show me new Cv Joints. I left after 3 Months when I turn I hear a clicking noise then I when to see a mechanic he told me the CV joints where not change. Because of the Lockdown they where closed. Now where I drive a car in a straight road it makes a noise Cv joints needed to be changed. Please help I need my money back because they did nothing, I only paid for greese not the cv joints.
