THEFT & no consequences for the *****

Decided to have a valet & polish at the V&A Waterfront Kwikfit today while I had a haircut in the mall, I have never been to them before so enquired specifically about the safety of items in my car as I had a few normal items in the car such as USB in the radio and a few bags of items from shopping. I was ensured that I can leave everything in the car except laptops and phones. All good and well so I went to have my haircut and after being gone 45 minutes (15minutes early) I decided to stand and watch them wash my car. I was effectively standing in the parking lot and not in the car wash itself but I was directly behind their employees who were sitting watching another clean the inside of my vehicle (I was about a meter from my car) and they did not take note of me, I was shocked that the employee who was cleaning my car turned around with items she had found under my seat (without hesitating) and they’re them to her co workers who admired what they had just received-I simply said thank you and took what was mine, they then laughed and I said it was my car to which they went silent, I walked to the office and asked to see the manager, after informing him he walked with me to the car and simply asked the lady why “she was playing with my things” and then regraded himself asking why she took from me, and that was it... I have never in my life experienced such blatant theft “in the workplace” and such a utter lack of care regarding something that is a ******** offense! I am honestly disgusted, the fact that someone has just pointed out that a employee was *****ing from a customer who had been caught red handed and letting the person continue to do the work is just unimaginable, after keeping a very close eye on my car and it’s belong they had the guts to offer me more services- I could not believe what I was hearing! IF YOU WANT THINGS STOLLEN FROM YOUR CAR GO TO THIS PLACE!
