Terrible spray painting quality and lack of customer respect

I took my car for spraying dents and bumper the first time a week before Easter weekend and they kept it for 2 days when I went to collect they hadn’t finished some areas were downright shoddy (see pictures) then I was given excuse that there wasn’t enough paint etc done by Andrew their so called spray team supervisor I took it back after Easter weekend and to my own detriment asked them to do valet and the paint job was shoddy the valet messed up my interior where the glue came undone and I showed Pearson Machani who said he will make sure it’s done correctly abs when ready I just return it which I did yesterday morning and poured all the areas he promised it will be done by 9:30am today He called me at 10:34 that the car is done and he will put into washing bay abs it will be ready in an hour and half I gave him 2 hours and I called him at 12:19 telling him am on my way to pick up as I have a meeting g in Pretoria at 1:30 I get there at 12:35 and my car is only getting into wash any what is worse is that the bumper wasn’t finished I have never seen such lack of customer respect , the lack of quality work or supervision from even the branch manager himself He comes out and keeps telling me how they had to mix paint?????!!!! I mean really

They didn’t even offer an apology that prep a guy kept pretending he is on a call I hope the owner realises he will lose customers abs end up losing his business
