Terrible car wash experience

Took my new SUV for a car wash on Sunday 29th April to KwikFit in Cavendish Shopping centre and emphasised that I mainly want the interior to be cleaned properly. They charged me R282.50 and ended up damaging the carpet in the boot by vacuum cleaning so violently. When I enquired about the damage, they had nothing to say and just kept quite. They however took my details down and promised that the manager will call me back on Monday 30th April, which never happened. The leather inside the car (all 4 doors) was still full of stains and I asked the lady cleaning my car interior to clean it who ended up saying "are you happy now" at the end with a terrible attitude and walked away. Once I got home, realised the leather around the gear box was still full of stains and underneath the passenger seat was also not vacuum cleaned and left dirty. The passenger seat itself was so dirty that I couldn't believe my eyes, they did no vacuuming or stain cleaning on that seat what so ever.

I expect a full refund and will never return to that car wash again. Highly recommend against it for everyone else. Do not waste your money and keep you car away from them.
