shocks exhausted within a year

Hi guys I bought shocks 1st April 2017 now they are exhausted then I went to fitment center told them my problem and they asked for slip and don't have it I produce bank statement as a proof of payment because I used my debit card to buy the shocks .I was told they can't help me without the slip.what can I do plz help
