Rude manager

I have never been treated this rude at a garage. I am disappointed in the service I received today at Kwik-Fit in Stellenbosch, Bird Street.

About half a year ago, I had my lights replaced at this Kwik-Fit. I came back to Kwi-Fit today because both lightbulbs had blown again. I asked if this could possibly be the cables or anything else than the lightbulbs because it is a very short period for both the lightbulbs to blow up. The guys told me it is just the lightbulbs themselves and that it is probably a factory fault. Something did not feel good about this and I expressed that I am not happy with the service and that I find it very unlikely that the blow up of my lights is just a factory fault. The manager came from around the corner and became very rude to me. He said ‘what do you think light bulbs do in this weather’?. This kind of demeaning question is not what I expected. The question also made me highly doubt the validity of the expertise of people of KwikFit in Stellenbosch. I told the guy that lightbulbs, also in rainy weather, should be able to last longer than only half a year. Then he responded that I could get the lightbulbs for free but that I should never come back to KwikFit in Stellenbosch again. I have assured him that I will never come back. Speaking as a woman, I did feel the guy was trying to intimidate me by being so rude and belittling. I don’t think my partner would have gotten the same treatment from this guy.
