Physical Assault by JP du Plessis Brackenfell Kwikfit

Less than 2 months back I took my Car for new brake pads. I spoke to JP that told me the brakes must be skimmed, and pads replaced.

From that same day I pulled away there, my brakes made a squeaking noise, and got worst day by day. I returned it, and he said it's because I brake to hard and I must drive like "a Moffie" as JP called it for the 1st 500km - 2000km. I did tell them I do not brake hard, but they didn't believe me. They offered to skim the brakes again.

Less that a week later I returned with the same problem and they said they can not skim the brakes again, sprayed something on it and said that will fix the issue.

On the 10 May 2018, I called JP and said the brakes are still making they squeaking noise. He was very unfriendly and told me I'm the first person in 12 years that ever had the issue and I must now replace the disk on my own cost... I told him that this sounds sly (*****) the way they do business. He threw the phone down in my ear.

I drove to him to sort out the incident he became very rude and pushed and assaulted me several times. Once my sunglasses was knocked 2,3 meters behind me and got damaged. He then also physically assaulted me by knocking his finger in my face. I them pushed he back and he threatened to beat me like he have beaten someone to the inch of their lives once in him past. Two other employees was also present during the incident and made several negative remarks about my appearance, and the other old manager (think it's Jacques) also pushed me and said they have helped me enough. Kwikfit I do not deny that I got upset after JP got mean and said I must pay for replacing my own disk, and that I said this whole situation sound sly (*****), but I did not once shout or made any personal remarks towards JP to aggravate him, and his behavior is really shocking and very unfortunate. Reading past Hellopeter complaints, this is not the first time he is rude to customers, but now this???
