Pathetic service and bad attitude of owner

Trailer was in for new wheel bearings, new tyres and small jobs like a hinge to be repaired. Although brand new bearings were fitted, (new set on both sides) all were so badly adjusted that play on each wheel far exceeded allowable tolerances after first journey (15mm play on each wheel at road contact position!). Owner tried to convince me that it should be like that and that it should come back after a few kilos to be readjusted. Further more the caps were so poorly put back that I could easily remove them by hand. When complaining about the poor level of service, owner asked me why did I not do it myself if I know so much about these things. This after I just paid his business R2800 for this poorly done work. I will never recommend anyone to support them!
